Suggestions and complaints from our customers are carefully examined.
After the notifications about the complaints are made, they are evaluated as soon as possible.
The customer can report his complaint in writing, electronically or verbally.
The customer who wants to file a complaint can submit his complaint in the following ways;

Filling out the Customer Complaint and Evaluation Form sent by the organization,

Complaint and Objection Management Process
Çınar Validation and Testing Laboratories is responsible for accepting, verifying and finalizing complaints and objections received by the company regarding inspection and testing services.
All tests and inspection services carried out within the company, and reports of the studies are provided with the principle of impartiality and independence.
- They are recorded with the Complaint/Objection and Evaluation Form. The process is monitored by the Quality Manager.
- The subject of the complaint or objection is examined, decided, reviewed and approved by the person/persons who were not involved in the inspection and testing activities.
- The persons whose opinions are received at all stages of the process from receiving the complaint to its finalization must act according to the principle of impartiality.
- The stages of accepting, investigating or finalizing the complaint cannot result in a discriminatory activity against the complainant. After the complaint/objection is finalized, the Quality Manager informs the customer in writing or verbally.
