Steam Sterilisation Validation

 

The validity of the sterilization process of the products that are sold in sterile containers and the end user sterilized must be ensured. Repeated sterilization of products is performed and reported by us for a series of tests and sterilization validity. Especially when it is considered that the end user has sterilized with steam, the following temperature values ​​can be specified in the user manual.

Packaged Instruments 

• Sterilization at 134 degrees for 10 minutes and drying process between 20-60 minutes 

• Sterilization at 121 degrees for 30 minutes and drying process for 30 minutes 

Unpackaged Instruments 

• Sterilization at 134 degrees for 3 minutes and drying between 0-30 minutes 

• Sterilization at 121 degrees for 30 minutes and drying process between 0-30 minutes 

• Textile / Porous Loads 

• Sterilization at 121 degrees for 30 minutes and drying process between 15-99 minutes
